Love's Illusion creates skincare, body care, fragrance and wellness products in small batches.
We take care to ensure that our products are made, packaged and labelled in accordance with the requirements that apply to cosmetic products in Great Britain.
Product descriptions, photographs, colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown online, particularly where products are handmade or produced in small batches.
All products should be used only as directed and according to the instructions and precautions provided with the product.
Ingredients and allergies
Ingredients are listed for each product where applicable and on the product packaging.
Please check the ingredients carefully before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Your order will be confirmed by email. We reserve the right to contact you if there is a problem with your order, including an issue with availability, pricing or payment.
As our products are made in small batches, please allow the processing time stated on the individual product listing before dispatch.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing the order.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and/or on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Please allow the stated processing period for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.
We cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched, although we will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your consumer rights are important to us.
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights.
For online purchases, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions. Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may lose this cancellation right once they have been unsealed.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty, unsafe, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Product reactions
If you experience a reaction to one of our products, stop using the product immediately.
Please contact us at hello@lovesillusion.co.uk and provide the product name, batch number and details of the reaction where possible. Please keep the product and its packaging so that we can investigate the matter.
If a reaction is severe or persistent, seek appropriate medical advice.
Website use
We work hard to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be free from errors or interruptions.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
